Officials at Uttoxeter in England have called off their New Year’s Eve card due to a frozen track.

Officials at Uttoxeter in England have called off their New Year’s Eve card due to a frozen track.

Clerk of the course Charlie Moore had been due to inspect the course at 8.30am but he reports the track to still be unraceable after another chilly night.

He tweeted: “Uttoxeter has fallen foul to the cold weather at minus 4C so racing abandoned today.”
