Chepstow forced to abandon

This evening’s meeting at Chepstow has been abandoned after an inspection due to waterlogging.

Following four millimetres of rain overnight, a further 12 millimetres fell on Friday morning, on ground already described as heavy.

More rain is forecast for the rest of the day.
