Denis O’Regan was in cracking form at Ayr with a treble highlighted by imposing Cheltenham hope Quwetwo in the Blue Square Poker Novices’ Hurdle.

A giant of a horse, the 1-10 hotpot dwarfed his rivals at the start and dominated them in the race, making all the running and never looking in any danger as he coasted home by five lengths from Maxwellton Braes.
