Butler forming Pachattack plan
Pachattack is likely to return to the track in just over a month after her poor showing in the Prestige Stakes at Goodwood.
Trainer Gerard Butler felt his two-year-old did not handle the easy ground at the Sussex track as she trailed in ninth of 10 behind Fantasia in the Group Three race.
The run was a marked contrast to her previous start in a maiden at the Glorious Goodwood meeting where she beat Careless Whisper in decent style.
“All being well we are going to sit off her a little and bring her back for the Oh So Sharp Stakes at Newmarket in October,” said Butler.
