Roman Villa team have Pierse in mind

Gordon Elliott believes Roman Villa will handle the testing conditions in the Pierse Hurdle at Leopardstown on Sunday.

The meeting needs to pass a 7.30am inspection on Sunday morning but Elliott insists his six-year-old has all the attributes to be competitive in one of the most hotly-contested handicaps of the season.
