Quinn suffers injury blow
Jimmy Quinn faces an uncertain length of time on the sidelines after sustaining an injury at Doncaster on Saturday.
Quinn was unshipped from Kay Two in the racingpost.co.uk Handicap on Saturday, but was in action on Monday and Tuesday before electing to get checked over on Wednesday.
“It could be a hairline fracture to the spine but we don’t really know to what extent the injury is,” explained Quinn’s agent Gavin Horne.
“He’s in the midst of seeing a specialist and went to hospital earlier this morning for an X-ray.
“It sounds serious but we just don’t know whether he’ll be out for a week, two weeks or a month just yet.”
