Sanders hit treble top

Seb Sanders was in sparkling form at Goodwood, taking the feature EBF Begbies-Traynor Conqueror Stakes as part of a 77-1 treble.

Harvest Queen (11-8 favourite) got the ball rolling when she claimed the Listed event over a mile for trainer Peter Makin.

Sanders then followed up on the Mark Johnston-trained Serengeti (4-7 favourite) in the McInnes Handicap, while 20-1 outsider Enodoc brought up the rider’s hat-trick in the Goldring Security Services Median Auction Maiden Stakes.
