Navan abandons chases

Navan has abandoned the three chases scheduled for tomorrow's meeting as the track is unraceable.

An inspection on Friday morning showed conditions have not improved on the chase course so they will now stage a hurdle-only fixture.

The Irish Stallion Owners European Breeders Fund Maiden Hurdle will be divided three ways to make a six-race card. The going is currently described as heavy.
