Teofilo wins on points

Teofilo came out top in an epic duel with his old adversary Holy Roman Emperor in the Darley Dewhurst Stakes at Newmarket.

Jim Bolger's colt had won their first meeting in the National Stakes quite easily, but it was much tougher this time as Teofilo - named after Olympic boxing legend Teofilo Stevenson - just managed to preserve his unbeaten record.
