One Night In Paris was noted making late gains to take fifth in a maiden race at Lingfield today and could be one to keep an eye on for the future.
The Mark Wallace-trained filly was outpaced as the tempo quickened around the home turn but, switched left to the far rail by Shane Kelly, she picked up steadily in the closing stages without ever threatening to take a hand in the finish.
The daughter of Danetime improved on her debut when eighth at Haydock last month and her winning turn may not be far away.
