Footstepsinthesand has been installed as the 7-4 favourite by the sponsors to complete a Classic double in the Boylesports Irish 2000 Guineas at the Curragh on Saturday.

The colt’s handler, Aidan O’Brien, was the last trainer to achieve the feat when he saddled Rock Of Gibraltar to win both races three years ago.
