Sulamani claims International prize

Sulamani came with a late burst to take the Grade One Pattison Canadian International at Woodbine tonight.

The five-year-old swept through under Frankie Dettori in the final furlong to record an impressive win over the German runner Simonas, who was ridden by Kieren Fallon.

The Aidan O’Brien-trained Brian Boru completed a clean sweep for Europe in third.
