22 starters to face Galway Plate
A total of 22 horses will face the starter in the Hewlett-Packard Galway Plate tomorrow.
The weights are headed by the Christy Roche-trained Risk Accessor, who finished fourth in 2002 and sixth last year.
Last year’s third Glynn Dingle tries again for Tony Martin, who also runs Ross Moff Ansar, fifth 12 months ago, one of two runners for Dermot Weld in company with his Direct Bearing.
Colca Canyon, second in the valuable Summer Plate at Market Rasen last time, represents Jessica Harrington.
David Wachman, who sent out Damson to win so impressively at Ascot, saddles the lightly-raced Manjoe, winner of both his starts over fences.
