Johnston in no hurry with Attraction

Connections of Attraction have not yet had the chance to consider plans following her all-the-way win in the UltimateBet.com 1000 Guineas yesterday.

The filly returned from a 10-month absence through injury to take the Newmarket Classic for owner-breeder the Duke Of Roxburghe and trainer Mark Johnston.

“We’ve not had chance to discuss plans yet. Several things have been bandied about, but no plans have been made,” said Johnston.

He reported Attraction, who is now unbeaten in six races, to be in tip-top shape after her exertions.

“She is absolutely fine, no problems,” added the Middleham trainer.

The daughter of Efisio had been off the track since last July, first with a knee problem and then after fracturing a pedal bone.
