Lynch guided Bond Royale to victory in Division One of the TV Betting On attheraces Median Auction Maiden Stakes to chalk up his ton for the campaign and he was thrilled with the achievement.
He said: “It’s very important, that’s why I’ve been staying here for this long to try and get it done. It’s a good achievement. It was the target from the start of the year.
“Richard Hale (agent) has done a great job. Kevin Ryan and Sir Michael Stoute have been great supporters and made it possible basically.”
Lynch is now heading to the United States where he will team up with his brother Carl, who trains across the Atlantic.
“I’m leaving on Thursday and I’ll be riding out there at the weekend. I’m looking forward to it,” the rider explained.
“He’s been on the phone telling me to get myself out there as soon as possible.
“His horses are in very good form so I’m really looking forward to getting there. I think he’s had eight winners in the last 10 days.”
