Racing: Animal rights campaigners plan protest
Animal rights campaigners are expected at the Aintree Grand National today to protest against the way horses are treated.
Thousands of race goers, including a strong Irish contingent, will be at the big race.
Pressure group Animal Aid claim dozens die during National Hunt races every year and many others are discarded at the end of their racing careers.
The group's director, Andrew Tyler, says there's too much cruelty involved in the sport.
