Prince ride likely for Walsh in National

Willie Mullins believes Ruby Walsh might not be able to resist the opportunity of riding the ante-post favourite in the John Smith’s Grand National at Aintree on April 14.

Walsh has already won the National twice and Prince De Beauchene, who tops the market with most firms, heads Mullins’ team of six left in the world’s most famous steeplechase.

“I imagine Prince De Beauchene and On His Own will run. I’ve got Quel Esprit, Apt Approach, The Midnight Club and Quiscover Fontaine still in there,” Mullins said.
