Aintree Hurdle test for Peddlers Cross

PEDDLERS CROSS and Binocular feature among a fascinating list of 13 entries for Saturday’s John Smith’s Aintree Hurdle.

Donald McCain’s star turn Peddlers Cross ran a huge race to fill the runner-up spot behind Hurricane Fly in the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham, while last year’s champion Binocular had to miss the race after being treated for an allergy.

Binocular’s trainer, Nicky Henderson, has also entered Champion Hurdle third Oscar Whisky and Zaynar.
