NOEL MEADE’S horses have found a nice bit of form of late and Dark Prospect can keep the momentum going for the Co Meath trainer in the All Creatures Veterinary Novice Hurdle at Roscommon this afternoon.

Formerly in the care of Michael Jarvis in England, the selection has shown steady improvement in three outings in this country. His latest performance was easily his best. At Galway last month, Dark Prospect went off a heavily-backed favourite and duly obliged.

Confidently handled by Paul Carberry, the winner powered ahead after the final flight to beat Riverstown by half a length.
