THE well-drawn Jakarata Jazz has a good chance of getting us off to the perfect start for the weekend in the Median Auction Maiden at Naas this afternoon.

The daughter of Marju, who appeared to be crying out for a trip in her juvenile days, made a promising reappearance at Leopardstown last month.

Running over ten furlongs, she finished with a real flourish to get within a short head of the John Oxx-trained Roses For The Lady.
