At The Races agrees Irish TV deal with ntl
The agreement, effective from yesterday, means ATR is now available to over 95,500 ntl digital subscribers and to new customers who sign up to its digital TV package. At The Races is scheduled to broadcast from over 700 UK race meetings in 2005, as well as from 27 Irish tracks.
Tomoohat has been ruled out of the trials for the 1000 Guineas after suffering a setback.
The filly, trained by Sir Michael Stoute, had been well-supported for the Classic on May 1 and was a 12-1 chance with William Hill.
She was being prepared to make her seasonal debut in one of the trials at Newmarket or Newbury but sprained her near-fore fetlock joint and will not be participating in any of the trials.
