Another boom year for greyhound racing

The figures released by the Irish Greyhound Board yesterday confirm that records were established in all facets of the industry.

Attendance figures have more than doubled in the last ten years and last year some 1.385 million people passed through the gates at the country’s tracks. This represents an increase of almost 24% on the previous year.
