TV GUIDE: It is another action packed weekend of sports on TV with the return of the URC due to a break in the Six Nations, the Allianz football and hurling leagues continue and the FA Cup returns - all you need to know here.

Don’t Miss: The Six Nations is on a break this week after another cracking weekend and this weekend sees the return of the United Rugby Championship. Munster are the first of the Irish in action on Friday evening when they welcome Edinburgh to Virgin Media Park. Leinster are the first in action on Saturday when they welcome Cardiff to the Aviva Stadium, Ulster host Scarlets at the Kingspan with Connacht the last in action when they take on Benetton at the Dexcom Stadium. Set the Sky Box: The Allianz football and hurling leagues continue this weekend. Saturday will see Dublin host Armagh in the NFL. The All-Ireland champions have had a mixed bag to date in the league and will be hoping to get back on track but Dublin have been moving nicely throughout the rounds. Sunday will see Donegal and Derry in action. In the NHL Limerick and Clare go head-to-head on Sunday afternoon. Watch all the action live on RTÉ and TG4.
