AS it’s his first time in over 30 years not coaching in the National League, Mark Ingle’s evenings are his own again but during the day he’s as busy as ever.

We catch him before he heads off to coach a couple of schools teams in Loreto Foxrock. “I’ve told the seniors, ‘Unfortunately for ye guys, I don’t have a Superleague team this season so I’m going to be on ye morning, noon and night!’” he laughs. No let-up for him, so no let-up for them.
