Katie Taylor trumps Michael Conlan on Twitter

It seems the RTE Sports Person of the Year award has gone to Michael Conlan's head….

Fresh from winning the RTE Sports Person of the Year Award, Michael Conlan thought he would show off his haul of boxing medals.

In October, Conlan became the first ever Irishman to win a World Championship title, defeating Murodjon Akhmadaliev in the 56kg bantamweight final.

And he opted to display the gold medal along with his other two golds from the European and Commonwealth Games, his silver from the European Games in 2013 and the bronze he claimed from the 2012 Olympics in London.
