Murray crashes out

British number one Andy Murray was eliminated from the first round of the Monte Carlo Master Series by wildcard Jean-Rene Lisnard.

The Scot, only just recovered from a virus which limited his contribution to the Davis Cup tie against Serbia and Montenegro, struggled as the match stretched past the three-hour mark.
