In the hours after PGA Tour commissioner Jay Monahan said he had the full support of the board and believed “I am the right person to lead us forward,” a couple prominent players didn’t sound entirely convinced.

“Trust is something that's pretty tender, so words are words, and I would say in my book he's got a long way to go,” Xander Schauffele said of the commissioner.
