McIlroy slips down leaderboard

Rory McIlroy virtually invited Luke Donald to put the champagne on ice with a dreadful start to his third round at the Dubai World Championship today.

While Donald burst from joint 12th overnight into a tie for third place after going to the turn in 32, his one remaining European Order of Merit challenger slumped from third to 19th.
