Eleven of the 20 players are teenagers, but if selected the Maguires would not be the youngest ever to appear in the match.

Michelle Wie was 14 at Formby in 2004 and the sisters turn 15 in November.

They have already appeared against Continental Europe in the Vagliano Trophy and last year Leona beat Lisa in the final of the Irish championship.

Squad: Hannah Barwood, Carly Booth, Amy Boulden, Gemma Bradbury, Holly Clyburn, Charlie Douglas, Jodi Ewart, Lucy Gould, Rachel Jennings, Louise Kenney, Leona Maguire, Lisa Maguire, Danielle McVeigh, Stephanie Meadow, Kelsey MacDonald, Pamela Pretswell, Kelly Tidy, Rhian Wyn Thomas, Kylie Walker, Sally Watson.
