Daly confirmed for Australian Open

Former champion Stuart Appleby, last year’s runner-up Mathew Goggin and American John Daly are all confirmed starters for this year’s Australian Open at New South Wales Golf Club.

Two-time major winner Daly, who made the headlines for all the wrong reasons at last year’s event when he smashed a fan’s camera against a tree, will be one of the star attractions at the event, which will be staged between December 3 and 6.
