McIlroy makes his move

Rory McIlroy stormed into contention at Doral as the competition began to heat up in the second round of the WGC-CA Championship.

The 19-year-old from Northern Ireland, who won his maiden professional tournament in January at the Dubai Desert Classic, was within three shots of the lead after sinking five birdies in his opening 13 holes around the par-72, 7,266-yard Blue Monster course.
