More golf stars commit to Shanghai

Ryder Cup star Henrik Stenson, Thomas Bjorn and Colombian sensation Camilo Villegas are the latest players to commit to playing in the HSBC Champions tournament in Shanghai next month.

Stenson, who holed the winning putt at the K Club in Dublin just over three weeks ago, will join fellow victorious European team-mates David Howell – the tournament’s defending champion – Paul Casey, Colin Montgomerie, Luke Donald and Padraig Harrington at the Sheshan International Golf Club.

The field, which includes winners from four leading golf tours and the world’s top 50 players, will be the strongest seen in China with 10 of the world’s top 20 already confirmed, including world numbers one and two Tiger Woods and Jim Furyk and number seven Retief Goosen.
