McGinley turns corner

Paul McGinley can feel his self-belief starting to grow again, but is ready to accept any decision European captain Ian Woosnam wants to make.

“I’m not back to the confidence I know Paul McGinley can have, but I feel I have turned the corner,” said the Dubliner, so relieved to have qualified for the first-ever Ryder Cup in Ireland after a summer when his form deserted him badly.
