Monty eyes double

Colin Montgomerie will lead the European challenge for a first victory in the American Express Championship this week following his triumph in the Dunhill Links Championship.

Montgomerie, whose one-shot victory at St Andrews lifted him to 16th in the world rankings, will be in confident mood when he arrives at Harding Park where the £4.5m (€6.6m) event gets underway on Thursday.
