It was the Dubliner's worst 36-hole score in Europe since 1996.

South Africa's Trevor Immelman remains in the lead on six under par after four holes of his second round.

Thomas Bjorn carded a 69 today to move into a share of second place with Retief Goosen, who was on five under par after four holes.
