Darren Clarke has pulled out of this week’s US Tour event in Maryland, but a decision on next week’s US Open has still to be taken.

Darren Clarke has pulled out of this week’s US Tour event in Maryland, but a decision on next week’s US Open has still to be taken.

Clarke’s wife Heather is suffering from cancer and he withdrew halfway through the BMW Championship at Wentworth two weeks ago to be with her after she was taken into hospital for more treatment.
