Donald focused on Ryder Cup

Ryder Cup wild card Luke Donald tees off at the Omega European Masters tomorrow alongside defending champion Ernie Els but his thoughts are already turning to a much bigger match against the USA in a fortnight’s time.

The America-based Englishman only discovered he had made Bernhard Langer’s team via a text message while on a plane en route to Switzerland after finishing tied for 20th place in the BMW International in Munich last week.
