Price takes one shot lead into final day

Phillip Price leads Ian Poulter by a single stroke going into the last day of the British Masters at Woburn.

A closing bogey - his first in 50 holes - gave Price a 68 and 15-under par total of 201.

Poulter saved par from 10 feet at the last for a 67 and is two shots ahead of the trio in joint third place - Justin Rose, Gary Evans and Soren Hansen.

Rose had a sparkling 65 and is chasing his fourth win of the season, but like Price and Poulter his first on European soil.

Evans and Hansen have their sights on their first-ever tour win.

Colin Montgomerie shares sixth place with Sandy Lyle, Jamie Spence, Philip Golding and Trevor Immelman, but they are seven adrift of Price.

Padraig Harrington leads the Irish charge, lying in 11th place on eight under. Paul McGinlay is one shot further back on seven under.

Darren Clarke is three-under-par while Des Smyth is one-under-par.
