Tiger Woods fired a seven-under-par 65 to capture his fourth straight PGA Grand Slam of Golf title with a three-shot victory over David Toms at the Poipu Bay Golf Club in Hawaii.

Tiger Woods fired a seven-under-par 65 to capture his fourth straight PGA Grand Slam of Golf title with a three-shot victory over David Toms at the Poipu Bay Golf Club in Hawaii.

Woods finished the 36-hole event, for the winners of the four Major championships, at 12 under par on 132.

The world number one shot a 67 on the opening day and began the second round one stroke behind US Open winner Retief Goosen of South Africa.

Goosen settled for a one-under 71 to finish third five shots behind Woods.

The other player in the field was David Duval, who had another disappointing round and finished 16 shots behind Woods at four over par on 148.
