Duval out of Open as Faldo set to start

DAVID DUVAL has withdrawn from next month’s Smurfit European Open at The K Club.

Duval was very keen to play but due to scheduling difficulties had to change his plans.

However the good news for the organisers is that Nick Faldo, who withdrew last year because of illness, will compete.
