Bjorn has tests on viral infection

Thomas Bjorn remains in hospital in San Francisco as tests are carried out on the viral infection which forced him out of the American Express Championship at the weekend.

The Dane fell ill at the end of the Seve Trophy three weeks ago and spent three days in hospital after that, before deciding to make the trip to California.

He played three rounds, but was taken back to hospital on Saturday night.
