It’s next stop Thurles for the Cork senior hurlers as they take on Offaly in the All-Ireland quarter-final.
The footballers famous win over Donegal on Saturday has the Rebels fans feeling ready to party like it’s 1990 but there is an incredible amount of work to do before the double dream comes even close to become a possibility.
Now it’s the turn of the hurlers to book a trip to Croke Park where they would face Galway in the semi-finals.
But an improving Offaly will have a lot to say about that. And with Clare also facing Dublin the quarters, it promises to be another exciting weekend in the hurling championship.

Throw-in has been set for 3.30pm on Sunday, June 21.
The match will be shown live on RTÉ2 but you can also follow the best of the action on the Irish Examiner’s new and improved liveblog.
Before Cork v Offaly there will be an All-Ireland senior football match shown on RTÉ2 but the details of that have yet to be confirmed.
The other hurling quarter-final between Clare and Dublin will be broadcast by RTÉ on Saturday night, throw-in is at 7pm.
Sean Stack (Dublin) will be the man in the middle.
