Nine of the team that began Tipperary’s All-Ireland final win over Cork have been included for Saturday’s Division 1A, Round 3 clash with their rivals in SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh.

Another three of that starting side – Eoghan Connolly, Darragh McCarthy and hurler of the year John McGrath – along with Noel McGrath have been named on the substitutes bench by Liam Cahill.

The team shows five changes from the side that started the handsome win over Offaly last weekend. Rhys Shelly replaces Barry Hogan in goal, Sam O’Farrell comes into defence for Conor Martin and in attack Jake Morris, Darragh Stakelum and Oisín O’Donoghue fill Gearóid O’Connor, Jack Leamy and Paddy McCormack’s places.

Hogan, Martin and McCormack are named among the reserves.
