There was payback in the air. 2024 finalists Dingle began their Kerry county championship campaign with a dominant victory over Na Gaeil, in a repeat of the senior club semi-final from earlier this summer.

They administered the punishment through one primary source: the kickout. Of Dingle’s 2-19, a remarkable 1-12 came directly from Na Gaeil’s kickout. They won 13 opposition restarts for 12 shots.
