Waterford got their championship season off to a winning start when they saw off Clare last Sunday to throw the Munster SHC wide open. This Saturday they welcome Limerick to Walsh Park where they will hope to continue their winning run.
Limerick will be hoping to get their first win of the 2025 campaign after their opening round draw against Tipperary two weeks ago.
It promises to be another enthralling encounter as the Munster SHC heats up.

The match takes place at Walsh Park in Waterford on Saturday May 3 with a 6pm throw-in time.
The game will be shown live on GAA+ with coverage starting at 5.15pm.

Waterford selector Dan Shanahan spoke about their six day turnaround ahead of the Limerick clash.
“Six-day turnaround – Jesus, boys, that takes some going. For an amateur sport, that’s fair intense,” Shanahan opened. “The players should actually do every second week.
