Billy Nolan save the spark as Waterford secure promotion with win over Offaly 

The sides will meet again in the  Division 1B decider next month.

Allianz NHL Division 1B: Waterford 0-22 Offaly 1-11 

The weather was miserable, the match was scrappy but Waterford dug out the all important win at a wet and windy Walsh Park on Saturday evening to gain promotion to Division 1A.
