All-Ireland champions Cork will have three Munster rivals in their group when they begin thier bid for a third title in a row in May.

Made at the weekend, the draw for this year's championship has Cork in Group 1 with Tipperary, Limerick and Clare, as well as Wexford.

In Group 2, last year's runners-up Galway will face Dublin, Waterford, Derry and Kilkenny.

On the opening weekend of the Glen Dimplex Senior Championship on May 24-25, Cork will face Limerick, Galway will take on Dublin, Clare will play Wexford and Derry take on Kilkenny. Tipperary and Waterford are idle on the opening weekend.

This year's senior quarter finals will take place in Croke Park ahead of the hurling semi-finals on Saturday July 5th and Sunday July 6th. The Senior Championship semi-finals will take place in Nowlan Park, Kilkenny on Saturday July 26th.

In Sunday's Electric Ireland Minor Championship minor championship opener at Castle Road, Cork and Tipperary drew 1-11 to 3-5. Tipp got the perfect start with a brace of early Caoimhe Stakelum goals.

Ali Mulkerins had a Cork goal on 22 minutes and started the second half well with Tara Goulding pointing twice. 

Maeve Cunneen scored Tipp's third goal to put them four points in front inside the final 10 minutes. But a string of points from Rachel Murphy, Shauna Cronin (2) and Caoilainn Ryan earned Cork the draw. 

All-Ireland Senior Championship:

Group 1: Cork, Tipperary, Limerick, Wexford, Clare 

Group 2: Galway, Dublin, Waterford, Derry, Kilkenny 

All-Ireland Intermediate Championship

Group 1: Westmeath, Meath, Offaly, Antrim

Group 2: Kildare, Kerry, Down, Carlow 

Premier Junior Championship: Armagh, Laois, Louth, Roscommon, Tyrone, and Wicklow.
