MTU Kerry sports hall to be named after Micheál Ó Muircheartaigh

A ceremony will take place on February 6.

The main sports hall at Munster Technological University's Kerry Sports Academy is to be named after legendary GAA broadcaster Micheál Ó Muircheartaigh. 

A ceremony honouring the west Kerry native, which will be attended by members of his family, will take place on February 6. Former Kerry footballer Dara Ó Cinnéide will be the master of ceremonies.
