ALL-IRELAND football winner with Cork, Ciarán Sheehan capped a wonderful day as captain of Russell Rovers when he cracked home a 51st minute goal in Sunday's Cork Premier JHC final 3-13 to 0-15 win over St Catherine’s at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh.

It came at a critical juncture (1-11 to 0-11) after St Catherine’s had worked their way back to three points.
