Tom Parsons: GPA would back proposal to pay managers

But the chief of the players' body says that doesn't mean players want payment too

GAA president Jarlath Burns’ idea of formalising payments to inter-county managers is something the Gaelic Players Association (GPA) support, says chief executive Tom Parsons.

An insight report conducted by the official inter-county players body last year found that 92% of footballers and hurlers favoured managers being paid.
